“Silver Lake Association has been created to protect our lake and the interest of our members to enhance the opportunities for recreational enjoyment."

Over the past several years, Silver Lake Association has…

​

  • Prevented the bypass to be built close to the Lochmere dam.

  • ​​Negotiated with the DES a High Water Mark at 466 feet, two foot lower than previously established by the DES.  This gave back several feet of land to most residents around the lake.

  • ​​Designed and built the dash boat and milfoil control project to reduce the volume of milfoil in our lake.

  • ​​Prevented the construction of a multi-condos project on Gardner Grove.

  • ​Actively fought a noisy motocross race track project in 2015.

  • ​​Worked with the DES to create a lake level notification system.

  • Worked to get a No Wake zone on the lake when water levels reach 467. 

  • Only lake in New Hampshire to have a no wake zone due to high water levels.

And we are not done, we will always be there when there is a need to protect our lake and the interest of our members.  This is why we need YOU to join Silver Lake Association and participate actively in our projects.

Membership Dues

 Dues for the 2024-2025 fiscal year are $25 per person and may be paid in one of 2 ways:
 

1) Check or cash at the Annual Meeting in June

2) Mail a check to us at PO Box 205, Lochmere, NH 03252
